Five weeks, one grueling workout announced each Thursday night, 3 days to do it & submit your score. For some, that meant doing the workout 2 even 3 times. Such is the case for most athletes at CrossFit South Wake! Here is the recap of the CrossFit Open 2016.

16.1|Overhead walking lunges, bar over burpees, chest to bars

16.2|Toes to bar, double unders, squat cleans

16.3|snatches & bar muscle ups

16.4 | deadlifts, wall balls, rowing & handstand push ups

 16.5/14.5 | thrusters and burpees
